Jesus Is Adonai Ministry (JIA) Unveiled, Prays for 2026 Peaceful Elections.

When Jesus Is Adonai (JIA) ministry vision bearers encountered God’s calling regarding the same, it stopped to be a hidden secret but rather an open knowledge to them concerning its future trajectory, but to the neighboring world it looked to be an idea that was farfetched until Saturday 13, December, 2025 when it was realistically and officially launched.

The ministry was unveiled at Emerald Hotel in Kampala in a ceremony that saw several men of God from the Ugandan Pentecostal community in gathering to give it an endorsement.

These included among others, Pastor Christopher Kigonya from Christian Life Church -Namboole, Pastor Gerald Mukuye- Harvest Teaching Ministries International and Jimmy Kalinda-Victory Church-Kasana Luwero.

With its foundation roots from the Biblical Book of Nehemiah 2:20 focusing on rebuilding the broken walls, JIA ministry is aimed at fostering spiritual, emotional and social- economic transformation in the society, considering that every one is a vital material in ensuring that.

Speaking during the launch, JIA’S vision bearer, Judith Yiga explained that it was founded to impact human life using the spiritual gospel.

“The Bible tells us that faith without actions is dead. So, everywhere we go we leave behind our Lord Jesus to the people through charity works. For example, we have donated learners text books to some schools”, Judith Yiga emphasized.

Judith Yiga recounted how several expectant mother’s lives in various hospitals were touched with mama kits and the government prisons with food donations to the inmates during some of their outreach missions. “In 2026, we shall reach out to all the four original regions of Uganda expanding the ministry.”

Another senior JIA ministry’s founding partner Washington Yiga used the same ceremony to commend God for enabling them to steer His own given visionary work and contributions from other ministry partners.

“We have given it leadership now for five years trying to meet the community needs mainly touching their souls. When a person is right with God, communities easily change”, He said.

Led by the Christian Life Church Namboole senior Pastor Godfrey Kigonya, the men of God expressed concern with the scenes of electoral violence during the ongoing presidential candidates’ campaigns, noting it was casting Uganda in the bad light to the outside world.

Against that backdrop, they prayed for peaceful, free and fair elections, before asking God to only allow leaders that fear Him and truthful to serving Ugandans, in public offices.

The Harvest Teaching Ministries International Senior Pastor Gerald Mukuye cautioned the female human creatures from being insensitive on killers of the marriage and relationships.

The ceremony was wrapped with gift exchanges, cheers and ululations from the celebrants who had gather to witness the ministry inauguration.
