    Breaking News: Cast Ballot Papers, Boxes Stolen by Militias in Maganjo, EC Officials Left Beaten.

    Kanyange Polling Station in Maganjo has this afternoon been invaded by face masked men who took over the ongoing polling activity and started meting out violence on Returning Officers (ROs) and other ordinary voters.

    During the invasion, one male RO was hit with a hard object on the mouth, leaving his teeth terribly shaking and damaged.

    After occasioning this mayhem, they took away all the cast ballot papers with ballot boxes which forced voters and ROs to temporarily flee the station.

    All this went on when the deployed Police Constables had left the polling station.
