Gloves Off: Stop Wearing Trousers with No Knickers- Museveni’s Aide Kisa Kyamukama Blasts Patriotism Boss Hellen Seku.

Secrets only continue to be hidden if the house with its chambers remained sealed, but the moment its roof is blown away by the raging storm, what lies inside becomes an open knowledge to the outside community.

It is now not a hidden secret that the two president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni political assistants Hellen Seku and Yiga Kisa Kyamukama are in a bitter row that has manifestly proven to be a fight over bread, sparking concerns of moral integrity.

Kisa Kyamukama is currently holding the portfolio of Assistant RDC and Special Presidential Advisor (SPA), while Seku is a Commissioner heading the Secretariat for Patriotism Corps and Presidential Assistant for Youth Affairs.

It has usually not been known by the public that mobilizing particular clusters of the citizenry for the president’s address is a cash cow for some of his assistants until January 1st when Kisa Kyamukama publicly spilled secrets while blasting Seku for acting with what he called un fettered familiarity.

Singling out the Sunday December 28, 2025, president’s meeting with the garage operators and mechanics from Kampala metropolitan region held at Kololo grounds, Kisa Kyamukama accused Seku of hatching a clandestine scheme to edge him out of the same project that he had initiated and approved by the president.

Under the said project, the president had committed 300 million shillings to each one of the mechanics and garage operator’s groupage SACCOs from all the five division of Kampala city, before he could pledge to raise it to 1 billion in 2026/27 FY.

At Kololo grounds, the president who was in the company of the first lady Janet Museveni was seen letting Kisa Kyamukama to translate his speech to the gathering, cordially intimating that he wanted to serve together that day with him. Hellen Seku was also there as she led him to inspecting his visitors.

Briefing the beneficiaries’ representative meeting in Kampala, the tough talking Kisa Kyamukama wondered why Seku had become a meddler yet they were both president’s assistants with clearly defined roles.

“if you want to address a section of the people under my leadership why don’t you write to me if not showing familiarity and wearing trousers without a nicker”, the visibly angry Kisa Kyamukama questioned.

Kisa Kyamukama insisted that the mechanics and garage operators meeting with the president was his own initiative, challenging the head of Patriotism Secretariat to only intervene with relevant authorities if there was any reported financial mismanagement which has not been the case.

“You small woman I will pull you down, I was not borne with your mother,” Kisa Kyamukama fumed.

The assistant RDC revealed that he had resolved not to embarrass Seku in the presence of the president at Kololo because he respects him highly, but he felt he should speak out shortly after to contain his cumulative anger.

“Even mzee cannot sack me before the completion of this project” Kisa Kyamukama boasted.

Kisa Kyamukama noted that, time had come for each one of them to act with respect, urging the president’s assistant on Youth Affairs to stay in her lane.

“if Hellen Seku with her team doesn’t leave my program, I will turn you into a mad woman”.

The dual’s dispute comes barely days after the Uganda Journalists Association (UJA) has just expressed concerns in a statement with how the staff in Seku’s office went around making phone calls to UJA members, tasking them to provide personal information to their office.

Blazer News Times made efforts of reaching out Seku to respond on Kisa Kyamukama’s outbursts but in vain as our phone calls went un picked by the time this news report was compiled.

It remains un clear on where the fight between the two president’s assistants will end.
