The 24th Pass Over 31, December, 2025 year prayers were held at the newly opened balokole stadium at Lubowa, named DOXA where hundreds of believers gathered to welcome the year 2026 as they closed 2025.
This initiative was sparked by the suspension of balokole activities including prayer gatherings from Mandela National Stadium popularly known as Namboole in December 2024 stadium, prompting the Victory Church lead pastor Apostle pastor Dr. Joseph Sserwadda to lead a fundraising campaign to buy land for the construction of the first ever balokole stadium for their activities.

The fundraising drive which kicked in January 2024 throughout 2025, really paid off as seen by the un veiling of now the DOXA stadium at Lubowa along Entebbe road.
The 24th Pass Over Prayers were presided over by pastor. Sserwada and his wife Frida Sserwadda under the theme” A Foot Hold for Strong Hold, from Deuteronomy 11:24”.
Sserwadda used the day to declare victory, resilience and transformation among believers during 2026.
“what the enemy couldn’t destroy he couldn’t control”. Sserwadda declared believing there will be victory and resilience to overcome challenges.

Congregants were also blessed with the popular Nigerian Praise and Worship spiritual minister Mercy Chinwo who ministered live at DOXA stadium.
